Use courses and materials for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Access to course content is granted for your personal, non-transferable use unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display content without permission.

2. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Taxes or additional charges may apply based on your country, billing address, and local regulations.
You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the listed price, including applicable taxes. If your payment method fails, your access may be paused until payment is completed.

3. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window if your progress in the purchased course is under 20%. Refund eligibility may differ for bundles, promotions, or special access programs if stated at checkout.

Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of access while we investigate.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data. By using the services, you understand that certain technical data (such as device and usage information) may be processed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
